Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so cosy and impeccably styled, and the terrace was fantastic, offering both comfort and cleanliness. The service was top-notch, with genuinely friendly and attentive staff. The location was superb, especially for those interested in art and counter culture. While the dining experience was good, the price could have been more competitive. Overall, a delightful experience!
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The room was nice and comfortable, although the view wasn't great from the courtyard room. The staff provided a mixed bag of service, with some being very friendly while others were a bit chilly. The location was good for exploring Spitalfields and Brick Lane, offering access to fun bars and restaurants. The dining experience was good, but the bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient. The hotel had some interesting facilities, although the design could be improved.
The hotel had some nice amenities in the rooms, though it was a bit expensive and they tried to make extra money at every turn. The courtyard room we stayed in was comfortable, but the view wasn't great, and the music from the Mexican/cocktail bar was loud until 2 am.
The hotel had a lot of fantastic features and additions in the rooms, but the thin walls made privacy an issue. The service was a mix of genuine friendliness with a lack of apology for certain issues. The location was perfect for both exploring the neighborhood and attending events. The dining experience was outstanding but with a focus on Thai dishes. Overall, a place with excellent amenities but with some transparency concerns.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The superbly comfortable bed in the room was a highlight, despite housekeeping repeatedly knocking despite the do not disturb sign. However, the lack of soundproofing made it hard to relax with noise from the lift and the Mexican/cocktail bar below playing loud music until late.
The hotel has absolutely beautiful rooms with nice furnishings, Marshall speaker, steam shower, and a range of drinks in the mini-bar. However, the rooms are beyond small and feel claustrophobically cramped for two persons. The design is nice but poorly engineered, with the bathroom lights switch misplaced near the entrance, causing inconvenience.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were newly refurbished, very clean, and filled with fantastic features like a cocktail drinks trolley and a well-stocked mini-bar, though they could have been a bit bigger for the price. The service was welcoming, with some staff appearing like they came out of a magazine while others were more helpful. The location was fabulous for drinks and chilling, close to vibrant areas like Spitalfields and Brick Lane. The dining experience was a mix, with great health-conscious options but an early closing time. Overall, a great stay with some minor cons to note.
The hotel had a cozy and comfortable room, but the view was disappointing as it faced another building. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant Brick Lane markets and other attractions, although there were some issues with transparency on extra charges. The dining experience was pleasant but slightly overpriced for the quality offered.
